Our rental options are flexible and tailored to your specific requirements, ensuring that you have everything you need for a successful shoot.

Rates

Half Day - $1250

  • Up to 6 hours

  • Includes Stage Manager

  • Up to 12 hours

A 50% deposit is due upon booking with the balance due before the first rental period payable by check, wire transfer, or credit card. Ask us about our weekly rates. Weekend bookings may increase rates. All renters are financially responsible for damage or injuries incurred at the studio and must have liability insurance. Ten Stories Studio requires a Certificate of Insurance (COI) on file before the production date that covers rented studio time and photography equipment. It must also list Ten Stories as BOTH additionally insured and loss payee.

Located in the heart of the city, our studio is surrounded by over 30 restaurants and Home Depot, Target, and others within a one-mile radius.​

FAQs

What kind of insurance do I need?

Ten Stories Studio requires a Certificate of Insurance (COI) on file before the production date that covers rented studio time and photography equipment. It must also list Ten Stories as BOTH additionally insured and loss payee.

How many people can I have on set at a time?

Based on square footage and current recommendations from the CDC, we are allowing up to 25 people indoors on the studio set at a time.

Do you have parking?

We have ample free parking for any size production. Our parking lot is very large and secure.

Is your studio a soundstage?

It is not a soundstage. However, other than the occasional airplane or large truck, it is very quiet.

What does the cleaning fee cover?

The cleaning fee covers the full disinfecting of the premises once your party leaves. Upon leaving, the entire studio should look exactly as it did when you entered. We do provide dumpster access determined on a case-by-case basis. No props are allowed to be left on-set unless previously arranged.

Can we play music?

Yes! We have a built-in sound system ready to stream, with access right on stage.
